McAfee -- not because it is the best but becausr thats what we use at work and I try to keep my home systems pretty much in line with work. I'm an IT guy so this gives me more hands on with the tools I don't normally provide tier 1 support for.
I do have my Game files excluded from my on-access virus scans but they do get scanned a few times per week with my scheduled scans.
If I was not using McAfee I'd probably use AVG.
