any iggles in LOTR or planning on going to Darkfall?

I don't think anyone on this forum is playing LOTRO. It was kind of a flash-in-the-pan.

As for Darkfall, I'm personally interested but don't really intend to play it until/unless they launch an American server for it. As I've said elsewhere, I expect that game to have problems and I don't want to amplify them with a 400ms ping to Europe.

I would have to hear some pretty good stuff before I would go start investing time on a launch server in Europe.

Not sure if Limit Break got banned or moved on to a diff server with their time zone. They were Asian heavy. Ricc with that Ex Axe and pocket healers would wreck shop. That I do remember.

i remember hearing about some battles between 12p and LB but didnt actually see any of them. as usual there were lots of rumors floating, one even about 12p driving them off the server but never really paid much heed to that one.

LB used to beat down 12P. Back then 12P was pretty unorganized when it came to pvp and was mostly just a hand picking of the first non humans to max lvl. Alann had them focused on farming a few certain camps and usually took the path of lease resistance in those days. Black Sun would spank 12P in most fights back then. But LB was a wrecking crew, able to take on much larger forces with some awesome coordination.

LB was human only, which was their biggest weakness and part of the reason some of the other top lvl players among gnomes and elves started banding together. This pressure and what ever the all Human guild Battledragun and his buddies were running black listed LB from being able to use any human or neutral towns. They would get bind rushed and zerged like crazy. 12P was still mostly noncoonfrontational to many and didn't get the same treatment. LB would fight pretty much anyone who got to close.

Not sure if it was the pvp pressure or moving to an Asian server that saw the end of LB. But I wouldn't give that credit to 12P, thats for sure.

I never had a grudge. It is just my opinion that in general they were disgusting people. I could care less what they did then or now but I am pretty confident in my belief that once you are a shit head you will always be a shit head. You either have good character or you don't.

We have put a gaming community together that goes back to the EQ years and will last for many years to come. It has been successful because we don't play or invite people of bad character like the players of 12P.
