Well, it seems that my wife has finally given me permission to play games again, as long as I don't go insane with it again (she's a good woman).
Since everybody I play with, Starlynne, Bulgy, Mauloch, Hjaan, Amins, Trotts, Dei, Art, hell...I'm tired of typing, you know the crew, have joined, and I know some decent folks in The Purge, I'd like to put forth my app now.
I'll be starting tomorrow (as I'm still finishing the assembly of my computer tonight) and be in as Riz (or some variation). I'm going for IronBreaker initially, but am willing to switch to a support role if we need them. I never minded doing that.
Of course, CinderKitten will immediately shudder when he sees this post, as I taught him a whole new vocabulary, but I'd like to think I'll get a few posts in my favor. I mean, I'm an asshat, but I'm not quite to the level of BULGY at it, if you get my drift.
Now, that said, I'll only be on a few nights a week. I'm not getting obsessed again, but I'll be on late on weekends to get myself up and ready. I'd like to be honest about that up front. I'm looking to play casual, with the folks I've always enjoyed playing with from before. Besides, I don't know how to PvP unless I'm /stuck on Hjaan's hairy ass. It's a habit built of years of playing.
Thanks, and no matter what the decision, it will be good to see most of you again.
edit: After playing for a while tonight, I've decided on Rune Priest.
