The grass is mowed, the yard is swept up, and the porch isn't falling apart.

Plus, and this is a big one, his white beater is clean.

LOL! Holy smokes that pic reminds me of an incident that happened to me in March!

So I was looking at purchasing a house up in Person County north of Raleigh. That area is absolutely gorgeous! Lots of horse farms and acreage, but very rural. Anyhow, one of the houses I visited was really cool -- sat on nine acres of land, had a large pond with a gazebo, and was fairly convenient to civilization.

So I was about to move the ball forward and tell my agent about the house the following Monday. Well on Sunday, I wanted to have one last look at the place, so I drove up. One of the 'neighbors' saw me pull in and decided to make his way over to say hello. Nice enough guy, but had a hellacious overbite, and every other tooth was GONE.

Turns out he lived in a trailer park that was caddy corner to the property. I drove by to have a closer look, and that was the clincher. The place was a forest of broken down cars on blocks, washing machines with bullet holes in them, yowlin' blue tick hounds, and inbreds with banjoes playing the theme from 'Deliverance'!

I moved into my new apartment a few weeks later.

Naa, he bought the trailer park and got a lower class of citizen to live there. Said it made him feel more at home.
