Ultimiate gaming monitor... My New Monitor 27 inch

Just got this for Christmas and all I can say is WOW. You have to have the graphic card to drive the 2560 x 1440. And you need to make sure your using a DVI-D dual link or a displayport 1.2 cable.

Pulled up a couple of games and maxed out the settings at 2560 x 1440 and they were photorealistic. I have never heard of Nixeus but it has some good reviews. They are a new company (2009) in the multi media biz but seems like they have a great product. Worked out of the box with no problems.

Pretty sweet it accepts all those formats(HDMI, Displayport, DVI, VGA), it's annoying having monitors that ONLY accept DVI/VGA when you're trying to work in multiple monitor setups.

Looks pretty sweet, but kind of pricy... I guess you play for DPI heh

Nice to see that resolution coming available. I have a 1920x1200 and a 1600x1200 and it's getting really hard to find them. It's all gone to x1080.
