Although I've had an account here for several years, (had an alt in purge when you guys were on bleeding hollow) I only come by this board every month or two to see whats going on and probably havn't posted since god knows when.

Anyways for the many of you who know me and those of you who don't but have nothing better to do at work than read msg boards, i'll try my best to be long winded.

After getting burned out after 7 or 8 years of EQ, I left for Mannoroth to join <Twelve Prophets> in WoW. Didn't like the leadership there and played with a new group of people for a year or so in another guild on Mannoroth. Quit for a few months and attempted the EQ comeback but "It" whatever made that game so fun for so long wasn't there anymore. Took another few months off from gaming and did the whole marriage thing and graduate college (B.S in Psychology from George Mason University).

Anyways kept up with the various boards and found <Defiant> was playing together with alot of old friends and enemies on Mannoroth so my wife and i are playing with them over there. So if any of you want to pop over and say hi, I have a wife that plays WoW and am out of school, with no kids yet so I have quite the abundance of time to waste on WoW especially when its too cold to do anything outdoors so you'll find me there.

Airythia / Ssableu - Made the mistake of marrying me May 13th, 2006.

She's 12 months away from finishing her degree as a radiology tech and with the starting pay for her field being $70,000 a year I plan on being a house husband but she dosn't appear to agree with my plan.

Mancubus/Fistsofsteel - Misfortune of getting engaged to a woman who dosn't play MMORPGs. He's still alive and occasionally allowed to go to the bar and drink... but not often. He graduated college and feels he's too mature to play these games... or at least thats what his fiancee tells him to say. Still plays softball with me during the spring/summer and likes to pretend he has some kind of athletic ability

Puinsai/80other chars he traded/bought/sold - Dan is currently still italian and half retarded. Appearently he's a bartender and going to college but driving 30 miles south for free drinks dosn't sound very safe since I do like to drink alot. Known to be alive as he's playing on Mannoroth as Okole, and he likes to call me at 11:30 on a saturday night and ask why I didn't come to the party he didn't think to invite me to until it was already 11:30 on a saturday night.

Cognak/Phroak - Still lives near me. Still havn't met him IRL. As of the last attempt 6 months ago still willing to meet at a bar and hang out and have a few beers but 100% likely to call and cancel at the last minute.

Jhihad - Asian, probably on steroids, kicked puinsai's ass last time i saw him during the summer. Working as a peronal trainer in Maryland. More than likely currently stuck in an ab-roller.

Hello there, using that fine tool called the Armory I tracked down Papa D and Vllad and dropped in to say hello.

Some of you may remember me as Khargas the Shank warrior on VZ and Percival.

Others I knew as Khargas the Shaman in Da Bashing Iggles on SZ launch (I still have a screenie somewhere of ziggles and shmobiggles orbiting me like moons), then later I was Fuse the wizard.

Since Wow launch I've been in a mixed guild of SZ iggles and Honorbound on Stormreaver. We also drafted in a lot of Sanctus Lumen peeps, and a large crew of demented new to online game folks. We're small, mean love to pvp, so as a result our gear is the typical pvpers lament, but with TBC we fixed alot of that and are having as much fun as Blizzard will let us (who else didnt see flying mounts as a world pvp hampering travesty).

With Warhammer on the horizon distant, I thought I would pop in say hello, see some familiar faces, and who knows, maybe plan to be on the same server for WHO and melt faces. I will lvl a low lvl shaman khargas on your server for kicks if anyone wants to message me in game. I'm the guild leader on Stomreaver, so I can't promise I will be here a lot, but if anyone wants to drop in on SR, you can find me on Marbh. There are a bunch of other VZ/SZ folks on alliance, but I dont talk to them much (but killing ex ToW folks is fun)

I'll also let some of the other SZ DBI and Shanks folks know about this website so they can say hello.

Bump for goodness and some more updates -

Justium - Lets see, I think I stopped playing in 2003... since then I've finished two graduate degrees and my income is about 5 times what it was when I started playing EQ... also got married, had some kids.. I stay pretty busy and there is no way I'll ever be able to spend as much time on a game as I did in EQ. I think by the time I gave Justium/Brikk to a friends brother I had 200 something days played (5 years worth).

I still hammer out on games as they come out. Since EQ I played EQ2 for a few months, WoW in two 6 month stints, Eve for a few months, Vanguard for a bit. I'll be playing WAR on release because it's fast paced and doesn't suck up a ton of time.

Jailok + 100 alts - He plays games still like EQ2, Vanguard, PotBS. He plays a lot different than me and has more free time so is able to just dick around on various games doing god knows what.

Wrang/Ravenn/Drexyle - He plays every game I play. He has the same work and family constraints so we try and get some synergy with playing games. He plays WAR and I think I'm going to talk him back into BF2142 since it's been almost a year since I've hammered on a FPS.

Large number of Xanit K'ven They're playing Vanguard I think. There's a site and it has a lot of familiar names on it. I thought for about 5 mins on joining them in VG but then I remembered the game sucked balls.

What site is it all the XK people are keeping in touch on? I used to visit their site on and off when Vanguard came out, but that was on my other machine. Had heard they called it quits on their though so didn't stop back by.

Playing around with WAR beta myself and really looking forward to it in the Fall. Love to see some familiar people together again on the same server.
