Criminal misconduct over 4 billion in fines and no longer able to bid on federal contracts until they show "business integrity" which I think is code for "settle the civil suits".
Hovering around $41 but paying 5.24% yield. It took a dip this morning but quickly returned to its previous open. You have to wonder if this is a good Long buy at this point, or at least on market dips with the coming volatility.
