Why would you get an ipad if you were just sitting at home on your wifi, why not spend the same amount of money on a laptop that does more and doesn't tether you to Steve Jobs Approved apps?
The Mrs. has one of these stupid things and having used it I don't understand the appeal of it. (Although my opinions don't matter when princess wants something bad enough apparently...) My kindle is a better ereader, if I watch media at home I stream it to my TV, to surf I have a PC and a Laptop.
What does it do that I couldn't already - except be another gay device without a keyboard.
