Don't have a link off hand, but the process is this:
1. Get the golden disk(forget exact name) - random drop off of anything in LBRS.
2. Get the 3 rare-drop gems that drop off of Bosses in LBRS. I think Omokk, Voon, and the Dragonkin guy.
3. Combine them into one item and talk to the guy near the entrance. He's up on a ledge and hard to see unless you explore a little.
4. He sends you to the Marsh east of The Barrens where you have to fight a dragon and eventually mind-control it with an item you are given, and you breath fire on something else.
I'm sure you can find a more detailed walkthrough on Thottbot or Alakazham.
