SB kinda fell through and ended up not being what the magority of us were after. We're playing Star Wars Galaxies right now, and it's pretty fun.
The city-building IMO is better than SB, where your average city was a tree, a guildhall, a weapon shop, a bank, and 7 barraks all crammed into one small walled area with nothing else for miles.
In SWG, cities are expansive, with factories, shops, and oftentimes a seperate house for almost every member. Stretches of terrain outside of a player-build city is dotted with rows of power generators, farms and mining equipment. You really get a feel that there is a 'point' to the land even if you haven't seen a creature for the past 3 minutes, whereas in SB you'd walk for miles across a NO-BUILD zone and see absolutely nothing.
Feel free to check out the game. There isn't a Purgare guild in there right now, but perhaps in the future.
