Meh, its a setup episode, and at this point in the arc it kinda makes sense to set the last parts of the second season into kickoff -
- Sansa being able to be pawned off (and another scene where Cersei seems a lot less of a c-word than she does in the novels).
- Jon getting setup and captured by wildlings (boy has that storyline diverged from the book thus fan)
(And speaking of divergent storylines and humanizing characters more, the whole making Arya Twin's cupbearer and making him seem human is quite a different move from the books too).
- Leading Danny ito the Warlock's place
- Having the kids strung up and tarred in winterfel.
I think a lot of us suffer from the fact that we know what is coming next (or, considering how much more and more they are changing things this season, what *should* come next) and are impatient for it. Watching it tabula rosa would have been much better I think, and I actually enjoy the more characterization they are putting in some of the lannisters.
