To my friends...
In light of recent events on the public WoW forums I wanted to offer up an apology to you all for someone's continued bashing of the Purge. I am embarrassed and disgusted to even be associated with such a person who continues to be a member of a guild I try to uphold with decency and integrity. I have taken up this issue by going to the guild leaders of Distinct Advantage in hopes that they do something about this continued senseless abuse and the conduct of this guild member i have a concern with.
I also brought up the idea with our leadership that we should be working towards mending the current relationship between our two great guilds. I have high hopes that this will bring on a new level of respect between our guilds and hopefully will some day be called a great alliance. I know our guild leader and the Purge have some past history between them, but I am hoping that our guild leader will look beyond that now and move forward to establishing a more respectable relationship between us.
The Purge has always been one of good people, good players, and good friends. I hope that the Purge can understand the actions of one individual do not represent the opinion of the entire guild of Distinct Advantage. And remember that whenever there is a Purge member in need I will always be willing to step up to the plate for you all. I am making this step in hopes that we can repair the relationship between the members of the Purge and the members of Distinct Advantage for the greater good and for the horde.
You will always be my ally and I apologize for such disrespect towards you all.

Hey Smoove, as far as I'm concerned, you're cool. I personally don't have anything against anyone in DA, even the "asshat" you speak of, and I don't think anyone here would assume all of DA is represented by 1 or 2 people who have "issues".

Smoove, you are possibly one of the classiest people I've had the honor of playing this game with (or any game for that matter). I sincerely hope none of our membership is judging any guild based on tiny portion of its members.
I really wish you luck with your endevours over there Smoove. And please know you will always have a spot in one of my groups for certain.

Smoove, you have once again proven yourself to be a gentleman and a scholar. While I enjoyed having you around as Microbrew for the obvious reasons, I much prefer you as Horde, an ally, and a friend.
I had hopes at one point that our two guilds could be strong allies, with one specializing in PvP and the other specializing in PvE. I think that is still a possibility, and one that I would like to see come to fruition.
The steps you are taking to help mend the relationship between our two guilds are certainly appericated. I think the general consensus of Purge members is to not frown upon DA as a whole, but rather only the individual mentioned above.
I have quite a few good friends in DA, and there is nothing that one individual can do to make me think any less of my friends or the guild as a whole.
