I was hoping to get into a guild. My brother currently plays with yall, his name is Cmooney.
I usually play consoles. I am currently making the switch to pc games. I have played conan and wow. I enjoy pvp.

Hi, hope you get along with your brother because he's going to have to vouch for you.
the procedure is, he creates a thread for your application in the "Internal Affairs" forum and vouches for you there. if your application is approved (and I don't see why it wouldn't be) an admin removes the thread and grants you access.
if he hasn't made a vouch thread for you yet, nag him to do it.
