Dallas goes to the playoffs and Oakland does not.
If both teams go to the playoffs then the one that advances the furthest wins. If they advance the same, then the overall record is the deciding factor.
If neither team goes, then the one with the best record gets the money.
If their playoff status is the same and their records are the same, I don't really care to do the whole NFL tiebreaker thing, so it's a tie.

Eh after watching football for so many years, I've come to the conclusion that kickers are just like dice.
Its a crap shoot. They all have skill but theres too much chance. A hot kicker can become a cold kicker in 1 quarter. Then all you do is replace him.
