Probably, though you might try emailing someone and explaining the situation.
I doubt the movelog will come back. They ran it for a while, then shut it down for a while, then ran it for 1 week, then shut it down again. I suspect that was the final chance.

From what I've heard, Blizzard is pretty good about stuff like that if you talk to Customer Service. I know people have gotten deleted characters restored, so perhaps they'd be willing to move your character as well.
