Hydration Systems - Thudz - 06-07-2009 I recently purchased the HydraStorm 100 oz. Hydration System for my assault pack. The following video sealed the deal for me. http://www.truveo.com/HydraStorm-Features/id/3028868038 Here is my system (empty). ![]() Here it is full. ![]() Here is the "Bite Me" valve up close. It has an on/off switch and an easy "push and twist" disconnect from the tube. ![]() There is a pocket in the very back of my assault pack (the part directly up against my back) that is meant to carry the hydration bladder. It fits the 100oz bladder nicely. ![]() You feed the tube through a hole in the very top of the pack. ![]() And there is a velcro piece that fits down over the tube hole to prevent rain from filling your pack and it helps to secure the tube in place. ![]() And finally I weave the tube down the left shoulder strap of the pack using the webbing to secure the tube. I put the "Bite Me" valve in the D-ring to stop it from flapping everywhere. I find this setup to be very handy.
