G-sync monitors - Skelas - 09-11-2014
These are finally going into production, does anyone have any insight on them? Supposedly they bypass Vsync or something? Anyone have any feedback if they are worth the investment?

First I've heard of it. Seems interesting. Basically a variable sych-rate monitor so if your graphics card can produce 38 FPS you'll get a 38 Hz screen, I guess.
I feel like you wouldn't see much difference but who knows. Maybe it "feels" better in that indistinct way that sometimes minor changes can do. Like somewhere in the back of your brain, your brain can tell when things are off, even if it's not enough to be obvious, and this would eliminate that.
